PokerStars "Refunds"?

Anyone else got money on their pokerstars account this week and you don't know where it came from?

Apparently there were some software issues last week and they are doing some "refunds" not sure based on what.

I already contacted support asking them where I can see the balance history. I never realized PokerStars doesn't have it (Well, it probably does, but I couldn't find it)

I only recently played freerolls for real money (I remember this tournament been super slow, playing 1 hand and then pausing like if it was been played hand by hand, and it was running like that from the start and probably over 1 hour, I even wrote support about this thinking it was some bug).
I guess they not only "refund" but they also made deposits on those accounts that were playing tournaments for money, so probably that's the reason I got more money compared to what I lately had in my account.

Thanks, I guess I missed that. I think I was looking at settings and forgot to check the Tools tab.

In an all-in shoot-out you dont need to be present, since its automatically all-in every hand. So its just like a lottery, and maybe you simply got lucky to get in the money

Well , for the all in shootout I once got 3rd place , then I was present , that counts for me , I want to be present . I 'd hope for agift during this shoutour , gess the presents were to be given to others .
