PokerStars rake bonus. Doesn't add up?

I noticed this the other day but it does not seem to add up. It states that 5 points per $1 of rake paid but I have paid just over $6 in the last 3 days and only have 7 points? Yea I get that at that rate it is probably worth ignoring but, is it me or does this not add up correctly? Surely I should have more like 30 points. I 'must' be missing something?

You're probably playing the wrong stakes. Try the 5/10 cent tables should go up then ..

My table and the progress of the chests are reset or reduced to the level often, so now I do not pay attention to this bonus program.
