They usually reply back in 2weeks or so lol. Really bad management but they should contact you

I think there is no phone number and they have suspended the chat

nothing , they re-open also whitout to say nothing . just " we are sorry , evrything it`s ok now you can play " . now for example i have to do just 25 point to receve 250$ but how i can do ? every time when i want to finish one promotion i meet that type of problem .
