Has vastly improved in the past week...not sure if it’s because of 20th billion band promo, but online support reps now can almost instantly rope in other teams (security, payments) and you can get issues resolved in one sitting. I’m a PS fanboi once again!

Good news. If this state of affairs persists for a long time it will be perfect at all. Sometimes for 7 days waiting for an answer to a question from the supporta.

Will they finally be able to remove that 7 y/o unsuable ticket stucked in my file??

It was "about time" they improve on something. The last months were a disaster. If they can maintain an effective and good level of customer service - which I find is a major flaw for 99% of the sites - it can help them to control the damages and survive the war.

I found one where the CS is unbelievable... but it's new so usually, these are very smart people at the beginning, but it changes after a while.. will see!
