Pokerstars not showing Cardschat Tournaments

I was wondering why we don't see the Cardschat freerolls Tournaments on pokerstars.
I was not able to play since sunday and perhaps there is something new I am not aware of?

I just noticed that too :/ Actually I don't see any of the usual private freerolls they have. I'm glad it's not just me anyway

if you will be able to see cc tourneys again then try to add them to "favourites". It will be helpful in the future if similair problem will happen again..

Hope they bring CC mtts on tracking sites..I think this will be useful for some of us

I think something happened with the filters. When I clicked the little slide bar to turn off the filters then I could search for and find the CC games again.

Try it out and let me know

This happened to me today and all my filters were set as usual. I could not search them either. They all disappeared <3 I had to uninstall then redownload pokerstars to my computer and they all came back once I logged on.I hope this helps! I was going to set up a thread about what happened and how to fix it. I will message a mod too

Hey Deb <3 I hope you are doing well <3 Just wanted you to know that I had to uninstall and then re-download pokerstars on to my device <3 That fixed everything once I logged back in!
I hope to see you at the tables soon!

This^ was my solution as well. As soon as I turned off (all) filters, I was able to search the CC games.

For me the CC freerolls re-appeared when I closed the client and the started it again. Try it out! GL

I have not encountered such a problem yet. The poker room shows today's Cardschat Daily and Cardschat Weekend tournaments. Social Media has disappeared, but it may have been canceled.

This happened to me yesterday, but I found a way out of this situation long ago.
I go in from my mobile (there are always CC tournaments on the mobile version), register, go out, go in from my computer and wait for the tournament to start, the table opens at the set time

Sometimes I have this problem with my App in mobile phone Apple
I don’t have this problem with the same count in the desktop
I thin it s a problem in app for mobile.
