I think you can switch the graphics to the older version in the settings, if that is your issue.

I have not seen any update of the mobile app related to graphics. For the desktop version yes but for the mobile no. Can you please share more details when you got this update?

I haven't been experiencing any problems playing on iphone, but recently got a Lenovo tablet specifically for playing on Pokerstars only to find that 'this app may not be optimised for your device' and that it crashes regularly and seemingly at random. Good stuff stars! [emoji1303]

It is a good idea and will try. I just wonder why I get crashes and laptop. Lest my laptop is an older model and does not support these graphics.
