I heard PS is located off shore so they can do illegal Actions against their players like false random number generators and favouring players...any thoughts? Why would they be off shore like that after being shut down in the USA?

I might as well say that you could do false RNG and other bad stuff
They are licensed and the biggest online poker room with the best reputation for 20 years.

I’m just reciting what I have found online...and hiding on a self governing isle is really suspicious. Google or DuckDuckGo yourself and see how many people claim PS isn’t legit, I’m just asking opinions and how other see or opinions of building a domain on a isle that is free from prosecution.

I think there is much more to moving your room to some isle then just cheat your players with some bs cards.

The most obvious thing that comes to mind is taxes. Then the laws. Then .. I dunno, plenty of things aside of OoH They want to deal bs cards so nobody see.

pokerstars founders did nothing wrong, the just provided real money poker games for the world. The buerocrats hated it and cried, because money transfers to gamblings sites was kindof forbidden. (there was an outdated BS law, wire act or something)

I personally like PS and what they offer, their games and software.
Their support is good.

I heard they also can spy on you via your webcam but typically only do this at night in hopes of catching you on your computer in the nude.

The games have gotten much tougher!!!

When you see players who were on the TOPS of the HSMTT leaderboards back prior to 2015, seeing graphs of over $1 mill in profit with a steady incline slope... looking like a cliff from 2017> 2019 (huge downward slope). Tables became better during early stages of COVID but that has levelled off considerably now.

The guys who are doing well are the guys who are DOING THE WORK! It is that simple. There's a mostly new group at the top, mixed in with some of the old guard these days in HSMTT play (high stakes MTT ).

Also, years ago, there were many players who made an income on rakeback alone... putting in LOTS of volume and making a decent wage just via the Rewards program. These days that is not happening.
