Pokerstars help?

Today I woke up to a email from pokerstars that I've been self excluded and I haven't done anything ihavent even played more than 3 times this month yet but they still feel to restrict me, last month I just recently put down the cards competevily,and wanted to take a break, I even tweeted about it and make sure to spread gambling awareness ect...so for some reason they restricted me , what my problem is why are they restricting me now when not when I was on my downswing lol? Or was tilting, all I want to know is how do uplift the restrictin and how long does it take usually I don't plan on playing anytime soon as I'm taking a break for the summer, but I would still like to play series at pokerstars, can they self exclude? If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it...in the mean time of my break I will enjoying life and probably doing some studying, and this I have a problem uplifting this ban, I have been eyeing acr, as I've herd good things, not to say pokerstars isn't great but as certain aspects they could work on,

There is an idea called Responsible Gambling that caught the eye of UK government and may became a part of the new gambling law.
Pokerstars actions may seem to be restrictive but they are to avoid the risk of loosing the uk gambling license.
Be quiet and humble for some time then ask about lifting the exclusion.

Play on another site that does not interfer with your account settings against your will that is what I did when pokerstars restricted my account when I did not request any responsible gambling assistance from them.
They are a headache to deal with the responsible gambling department they will treat you like a child that needs to be told what to do in my experience.

Thank you appreciate thr reply as I'm not getting a single reply from suppprt all im going to do is wait I guess for further notice and hopefully my ban is uplifted by September I will try to be upmost respectful to them but of the restriction is hard to get it up lifted with them not even asking for my consent hopefully down the line they open gracefully with no hassles...., I was looking at acr any info?
