My pokerstars account was frozen without any explanation. I emailed PokerStars but no reply yet. Any ideas why that happened and how to fix it?

Lot’s of Countries have changed laws regarding online poker and as a result everyday am seeing posts of accounts being blocked.
Is this a possibility?

The reasons may be different.You yourself most of all need to know the reason.Maybe you used the services of a micro deposit.We created a second account.They did not provide all the documents for playing for money.You should receive an email to the email address you registered with.there you will write the reason.

I replenished my bankroll a month ago and used a browser with PVN. A week ago, they closed my gambling game too. An icon popped up that "Players of your country are forbidden to play for money." I wrote about this and did not immediately receive an answer and a request to send documents (but my documents are already there). The next day after the answer, they unblocked me. There are many reasons for blocking. If you have not violated something serious then you will be unblocked.

Don't create a second account. You can write a second request to the address of the support service and the security service, separately. Perhaps the delay is due to human factors, without the responsible attitude of the Pokerstars employee who accepted your request. You can also contact support via online chat and clarify what the delay is about.

My account got froze at Pokerstars once.
I was trying to fill this promo that required me to pay like $900 in rake to get $500 back (or something to that effect).
Anyways, I remember playing like a mad man, because at the time I was playing 2/5cent, to try and fill this promo.
There was a week left of the promo, and I was very close to completing the challenge when Stars froze my account.
A week went by, no response from support, then all of a sudden I get an email from the "Responsible Gaming Team", they asked if I was aware of the recent activity on my account.
Anyways, I was pissed, they gypped me out of the promo and I told them, "Yes, I'm aware. Thanks for making a promo that requires me to gamble like a mad man, then when I'm about to complete randomly freeze my account and not respond to my emails for a week".
Unbelievable.
Last time I ever played on Pokerstars.

If you have not broken the rules, then you have nothing to fear. I think this is a simple check. About three years ago, my account was also frozen and it took about three weeks to verify my account, but after I provided all the necessary documents, my account was verified and I was able to continue playing.

they will freeze your account for suspicious activity such as unusual log in from different computers or different things. Just contact customer service be prepared to email them your driver's license and other forms of identification.
