Pokerstars froze account while playing

Hi guys,

My account has been frozen during suddenly while playing pokerstars

This is not normal , they decide to investigate my account 2 hours ago , 1 hour ago it gets frozen . and in all this time i was in the middle of tournaments and now i cannot play at all , while being 11/290 in the money in one of them


They suddenly logged me 2 hours after investigating. I could be losing a lot of money because of this bullshit.


DO they have a complaint email address or something ? I have emailed support 3 times but no answer and i cannot login back to play the tournaments further.

this is strange behavior on their part
Then tell us how they explained the reason for this act with your account

Technical problems have been occurring in pokerstars and some other pages, for some time now .. Friend, I suggest you open your account from google and from there write to support to see what answer they give you and they can solve your problem. Lucky friend:)

No I do not , and have sent the personal info before.

They said that a request for verification documents can occur at any stage and that its not restricted to registriation or first deposits....

fcking weird.. ruining my tournaments , they should sent email as warning not just suddenly freeze you out from the account

This is just wrong. Surely they could let you finish and then lock you out.

Also contacting them through the client doesnt seem to be effective.

@StarsSupport
you will likely get a faster response.


Of course no one tells you this but it is true for many companies so always try Twitter.
