Last night I was playing some micro cash and completed the golden button challenge (50c won)

After I left the cash table I was awarded a chest with 5 free spins on a slot. I tried to open the slot machine and it froze on loading 100%. I closed and reopened. Then I started the spins. First spin won $2. Second and third nothing. 4th spin $1. last spin nothing. I expected this to be the end but then noticed I had not been using free spins but $1 a spin! so loss of $2.

When I closed and reopened it said I still had 5 free spins and when I tried to claim them it popped up an error saying I couldn't use them because I already had another window open of that slot machine. There were no other windows open. I had to close the software and reopen to play the free spins which won me 15c!

This is just a warning for others. I feel I've been conned. I will never play slots with my own money. If you accept free spins I would advise you check carefully that you are playing for free and not using your balance.

the whole site has been BS since covid. Haven't you noticed the collusion and garbage hands hitting on the river one after another? The strongest pre flop hands never wins anymore. I have multiple instances recorded and am in the process of uploading to youtube. quads 3 times in a 90 min tournament is not normal!!

I do not know what is happening but lately the site does not work well .I was to keep it with free spins but I was careful and reloaded the game. In poker I go into the extra time without wanting to go to the sit out and thus lose good hands in which I bet, playing less and less considering the problems that are.

of course you need to watch for free or for money you play. I don't think you'll win there. the casino never loses it's better to go play poker there you will at least play with people in most cases.

I have noticed that there are a lot of things awarded by chests etc and you really do need to take care that when you enter something you note what is being charged. While the interface is probably second nature to experienced users, it's likely overwhelming to those new (or new to a section).

A facility to check whether when you wager whether you have a matching free gift and at least prompt the user would be a good improvement.
