Pretty much every weekend now I've been getting a free spins chest for 3 days. Every time there is either a problem where it just freezes loading the chest, or open the chest (always 1 spin) and then can't open any slots. Happens on PC and Mobile. On a few occasions I've not been able to use it before it expires. Empty gesture.

Ridiculous how their software can be so buggy they can't even get something like this right.

Anyone else getting the same thing?

it happened to me too but the last time was a few months ago. did you try to close down the software multiple times and then reopen? like 3-4 times and then also on the mobile? could work this way but not giving you any promises.

Same to me . I think my coputer is to slow. I can open one slot and then i have to restart the software.

Done all the shutdown and restart thing many times over. Completely amateur way to operate. Chests used to be fine until they brought in that stupid update that added the daft throwables. Hardly play there anymore since that. Play just got too silly.

Just managed to get chest open after god knows how many attempts. Win 1 spin as usual. Then try to load the slot. First attempt freezes on 0%. Second attempt same except now can't close and have to force the client to shut down. Third attempt stuck on 100% and will sit there for ever.

Well got in touch with support last week. After a week I got a half arsed reply that said that their records indicated I had collected my 3 chests and played 15 spins (each chest had one spin only so they are talking bull). Yes I did manage to collect after lots of frustration logging off and on several times, going on the website, going on mobile. They didn't answer my query at all.

Same issue again this week. 3 chests of spins, one in each, taking a lot of effort just to open, slot then not opening either on client or web. 2 spins banked waiting for it to work, then go tonight and 1 spin removed so lost a spin. Last chest to open won't open. Absolutely shocking from the world's biggest poker site. They clearly don't care for the small fry and are more interested in growing their markets wherever they can. I think the free chests thing is more a case of getting people to test their buggy software than actually giving anything back to players.

They used to have very good support, now it is probably one of the worst going.

I stopped getting free spins weeks ago. I was never gaming the system. Also each week I used to get a promo to bet $15 and I would receive a $5 free bet. After just one week of winning and betting larger, they stopped sending this as well.

So I guess what I am saying is that their promos are just there to entice you and then they stop coming so more power to all who game the system.

In the end most would benefit more from just ignoring their promos.

Yes with the recent updates you might need a better computer with better graphics faster processor and improved system specifications overall.
I had to throw out my old laptop guys and buy a more expensive one because it was not working anymore properly,
On my old laptop for a few examples partypoker froze up constantly very sluggish and unresponsive to clicks,

pokerstars was impossible to play too could not use new graphics engine had a system crash while trying to open a few tables at the same time and was very slow and unresponsive to mouse clicks could go on and on with issues.
The only thing I notice now on new laptop compared to all those past issues with old laptop is that the chests sometimes will not open but when I log out then log back in it always seems to open the chest first time after logging back in.
Updates by poker sites affect our required computer system specifications the difference in using a better laptop is huge but yes the chests do not open properly for a long time now and have some type of a bug.

I don't understand why you write about this on the forum. Have you already contacted the support service? Didn't they help you? If this is a true statement. Then it's a really sad situation. There are really too many strange promotions on PokerStars. Where do the funds come from? But apparently the revenue allows and it works the number of PokerStars players is growing.

Believe me it is a great waste of time most of the time you don't earn anything and when you earn something the maximum is 10 cents almost always it is 0.02 cents

Agree the prizes are rubbish, but if they are giving them away I'm taking if I can, even if it's only a few cents. Yes I did contact support and the point of this post was about how poor the support was. This is in contrast to how they used to be a few years ago.

They have sent me an email to rate my experience with support. I think I will pass on that one.

After the 3rd spin game froze . Reload it again

wins from spins : 30 cents and 10starcoins equal 40 cents from chest

most of the $28 rake is from tourneys , meaning rake is more in reallity .

So for $28 rake they give 40c , that's 1.4% rakeback , that's AWESOME !!!!

They give chests so free you can neither open them on themobile nor pc.

I wish you could take the PS traffic and take it to a real poker room...
