Hi Forum - I am brand spanking new so apologies this is my first post! Will be the first of many as the content is great.

I am having an absolute nightmare with pokerstars at the moment. My ex had a pokerstars account that he decided to close down whilst I was with him as he was a little out of control. I kept my account open. Hadnt used it in abotu 12 months. Went to log back in and my account was frozen! (I must have used his email address to set up)

I have been in email conversations with pokerstars FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS. I have given identification 5 times. My account was finally reinstated. I was told to log in with a temporary password and then about 2 minutes later my account was frozen again.

I have just received another standardised email I have had this for the last 2 weeks!!!!!!

Please help!

Stars froze my account and won't tell me why. Will not even reply to emails luckily have no money on there anymore.

Yes, it was lucky that there was no money there))) I had more than $ 20 on william hill and was forbidden to play for money, allegedly because of changes in the legislation of my country, and could not throw anyone else out))

the problem must be by your ip address since insurance opened those accounts from the same computer or the same ip and there is the problem that is presented to you and therefore prevents you from accessing your account
