Pokerstars chests points expires 28 days after non completion

Hi guys. Just wanna inform PS resets chest points after 28 days if chest bar not completed. I lost half a bar and was wondering where it all went. After asking support, this new info came. I wish they´d at least make old bars complete not reset without notification or warning before deciding to change rules. Generally I am still a satisfied fan of PS support.

That's why I prefer the reward system on 888, they give so much more

After reading this I just logged into PS to check on things. I have a chest that still shows about 60% complete even though I haven't logged into PS in weeks.
What is really odd is that when I logged in I got a pop up saying I've been awarded a chest (for no reason I can think of).
It had 2x $0.25 spin and go tickets and 3 coins.

Weird.

So I used the 2 tickets and got a $0.75 and a $1.25 spin (won the $0.75).

When did PS change the spin and go prizes. I recall the bottom 3 spins to be $0.50, $1.00 and $1.50.

It happens sometimes these surprise chests. I dont think it has anything to do with the chest bar though.

I think PS wants to make more money from players or at least encourage players to play more which is ok. What is not ok is I just really think its not fair play to change policies without even notifying of a deadline that your half full, or 3/4 full chest is to expire. PS can at least give old bars a chance to complete before deleting without prior notice, right?

This is probably the final nail in the coffin for REC players who are not playing on a regular basis. I am at 800 points per blue chest, there is no way I can make that in 28 days (mostly tourneys).

The real insult to injury is that they kept me at 800 points knowing I can't complete it -- they won't downgrade me to a lower amount, just plain despicable.

Hi, this new PS rewards system has about a month and I also think that it goes against most of the players to me in particular I don't care much since I am in PS for the tournaments they offer and for the software which is the one I like, I have never given much importance to the rewards system, but they should make changes to this since they can suffer a massive loss of players

It's Hungry Money to PS . I do not care about their coffers because they do not have a great offer. However, they should have told clients about the changes to be made.

for micro players (like me) it's impossible to complete chests. it's the same joke that party poker did some time ago.
