I haven't been able to get on the desktop client for 1 month so I have been playing on my mobile. I have an issue which occurs very frequently- some glitch happens and the box to manually select the bet amount stops working. The slider will still work, but it's clumsy to use, and I rarely bet amounts equal to multiples of BB. I will most often bet 2.25x to 2.75x.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so have you found a way to prevent it or fix it quickly? I have to log out close the program and log back in. Unfortunately there is often a long delay to geolocate and it can take a full minute sometimes.

never had such a problem. try uninstalling and reinstalling the client.

I only play pokerstars using the App. I’ve never encountered this issue but a couple of times when we are on the bubble and playing hand for hand, after the bubble breaks, I stay at the table as though waiting for it to break and I have to restart the app to be able to play again. The first time I waited 5 minutes and noticed that more people were busting. By the time it restarted I was down to 2 bb. Not sure if others have noticed this.

Most of all this is a problem with your personal client program. Reinstall. If you repeat, ask a question in the Pokerstars Support Service.

the old pokerstars app was so much better. you could even exit the application and click other things on your phone and when it was your turn you got a notification. in the new app you dont even see how much players are left in a tournament unless you like to click the lobby all the time. kind of weird they would develop something that is acutally worse than the old app. well, its kind of the same with that stupid aurora software
