I live on a mountain and have no internet. I can however play the App on my phone. I do well, but I cannot multitable on this, and you can only bet in multiples of BB. This is a huge disadvantage if the blinds are say 100/200 and you wanna bet 225 preflop or 150 postflop as you end up over or underbetting.

Is anyone aware of any workaround for this?

I hate playing on my phone. Not sure what type of data plan you have but have you thought of using your phone as a WiFi hotspot for your computer?

I figured out how to change the bet amount. It really changed my game!

I'm in honesdale, sorta near Scranton. I don't play cash games I play tourney's. The 5 dollars are soft with passive players. As you move up in stakes the players get more aggressive. However there's an influx of new players and you can often have a player donk his stack off in the first few hands.

Using the mobile version of PS to play poker has certain limitations. You cannot open multiple tables. I do n’t know if you can click on the number to enter the amount of chips you want to bet.

I use the PokerStars app on both my ipad (home) and iphone (out/work). I am able to multi table, there is your two card hands at the top of screen. I can also input the amount I want to bet. The only thing I can’t figure is how to change your bets to different percentages like you see others do or to switch between chips and bb. Also can’t play home games on app.

$5 SnG or MTT? I'm over near Pittsburgh myself. Little city of Aliquippa. Big football n basketball powerhouse. We've put out quite a few NFL'ers in our time.

you can't set up the desired bid function in the mobile app. you can only enter the desired number yourself. but this will take time and you may not be able to do it while playing at multiple tables

the application is good there is 1 minus. In the lobby you need to look for the name. You can do it all went to the background. and not who are already playing or have been playing.
