Pokerstars account frozen

Now all of the sudden when i deposited for the second time on pokerstars my account got frozen and i got an email that said that they needed my id and other verification to verify who i really was in order to unfreeze my account. I did send them all the details that they needed 30 mins after they sent me that email and now it has already been 5 days and they still hanve't responded to that email. I find it funny how a company of that size has such a bad costumer service. Has anyone had such a big delay and did they fix it ?

This is a normal data check. I had the same situation after the first deposit. I sent my documents and after 48-72 hours I was able to continue playing. If you sent everything they asked, expect today or tomorrow that you will be notified.

The main thing is to be patient, because if you send new letters, then the queue will only move aside, this will slow down the process ...
