Hi Guys! I have a problem to log on on my PokerStar account because i recently move to United Kingdom i can't acces my account. Can anyone help me to understand why?

New IP from new country. You have to contact pokerstars support and then most likely they will ask for receipt of your hotel booking or rent of apartment.

Because there are different law regulations in different countries pokerstars and many other rooms have separate regional sites, for example pokerstars.es for Spain or .fr for france. If you have moved to UK you will have probably to register a separate account but this time with .co.uk. You will definitely need to ask the PS support desk. They may require a proof of address though.

I live in UK and recently while in Spain I was not able to access betfair , I was being redirected to their Spanish site.

Return back to UK withdraw money if you have and close your account. We'll have to register again at the new location.

You need to go to support PokerStars, they will help. This is probably due to the change in ip.

Hi all!i need some help with my account... because i am currently in UK i can't acces my account after i did a deposit they (pokerstars) block my acoount and i can't play and even not answering to my request... any advice what should i do. Thanks a lot.
