There are things in poker that are hard to beat, things like those that have happened to me at pokerstars several times, I reach the final table with 16,000 in chips commanding first place in the tournament blind at 1,000 and 2,000 my opponent with 15,400 in chips my AA cards and my opponent with 3.3 Preflop goes all-in my opponent pays and the first card that the Flop brings is a 3 I lose with my AA against a 3.3 with my opponent completing a trio, which is crazy for PokerStars.

How many times has something like this happened to you at PokerStars?

Pokerstars has been awful. In one sit and go today an ace hit the flop 12 times in 15 hands. The 3 times an ace didn't hit were times I had them. We saw quads twice and both times the same player had pocket 9's and hit the fourth 9 on the river. Could be a coincidence but it happens far, far too often.

There's nothing unusual about what you're describing. 33 beats AA a little over 18% of the time. You got your money in good, that's what counts. Results will come in the long run.

If, on the other hand, you're thinking about fraud, that's an extremely harsh accusation and doesn't make sense from PokerStars. You would need an insane amount of evidence to prove any wrongdoing. They also have nothing to gain by rigging their RNG. In addition, they have some proof from independent auditors that their RNG is up to standards: https://www.pokerstars.com/poker/rng/

they do have something to gain actually. If you think they can't tell who deposits and rebuys more than others you are mistaken.

It's not a harsh accusation but rather an legitimate one since they don't answer to no one and the ones who are 'verifying' the RNG is paid by them as well.
As about 'they have nothing to gain' here is another manipulation they are doing. If the software was legit and the amount of money(rake) would produce per hour is X, then would benefit them to 'spice' the formula to produce Y amount per hour when Y is let's say 3x more than X ? Obviously yes and if you multiply by 24 hrs*30days*12 months that is a lot of money. And that's what is exactly happening.

Like a zillion times, that is why in the final table even if you have aces you need to control the bet you are placing, it happens all the time at poker stars specially against 33 and 44, so do not feel bad for it, also, something that I always notices, not always but most of the time, the one with the bigger stack is the one with the better luck at the final table, so you need to play cool your hands and do not rush only if you really know you have the nuts, my advise, do not go all in preflop with anyone, even if you have aces ;)

This really is nothing new and it literally happens on every online poker room, not just PokerStars. It's unfortunate when it happens, but it would be hard to fold AA.

Too many time to count or fathom. I can understand that this happens and will happen about 20% of the time. The thing that drives me nuts is when someone calls your all in (for say 10 BB) and all he has is 33. The best he can hope for is that you have two overcards and is about 50%. High chance you will have an over pair and he will be dominated. Making these calls pisses me off way more than losing these hands.

I see this happen at most poker sites I play but the question I have is...

If you think something fishy is going on at a site, why do you continue to play there?

I wouldn't call that madness - it happens everyday :)

Once in my life I played a tournament that first place paid something like 5000$ (I usually only play micro). I was heads-up on the final table having almost 4 times the stack of the second guy. I had him twice all-in losing with a better card. Third time he had me all-in with again me having a better card. I finnished second :)

Nothing special. The pocket 33 still have 20% chance preflop to get his set.
So... Shit happens my friend.

This has happened to me countless times. That's what poker is all about. Sometimes the weaker card wins this one. Against pair A, A, every other pair has at least a 20% chance. Obviously, this bad beat will remain uncomfortable and memorable because of the final table but it’s better to forget and just remember that you played well.
