Has anyone had a frozen account in PS that you want to get back? I have one with some bankroll in it, but I truly don't know how to go about it, it been over 15 years lol.

I just want some filed experience and advice before contacting support.

I think that you need to write to support PS. Only they can help you. Unless, of course, the reason for freezing your account is not very serious.

I had to submit my credit card bill, so they could will verify my data as resdencia and telephone.
but I think the best thing is that you contact PS support and they will tell you everything you should do

I guess it depends why they frozen your accont at the time, but I had my account frozen a couple of months ago because they need to verify my id, I had to send the copy of my id and proof of address and they verified in one day
