Poker site Loyalty NOT rewarded

Hi!


I am interested in everyone’s opinion on getting rewarded for Loyalty as a member, especially if you have been a member for a long time, at any poker/casino site? I’m asking this, because I have been a Sky member for years, and over the past year, i get diddly squat regardless of my deposit amounts. In fact I find it a cheek as to what I do get, for my daily loyalty, in comparison to what I WOULD get if I was a new member. The more I put in the less I get in return. Twice a week I win a 10p scratch card, that lose. The 5k freeroll rewards are also a mystery..
Anyone have there own opinions on this sort of thing?

Yes this is a pet peeve of mine as well and it extends into many areas of life--like sports memberships and property taxes for new residents etc etc. Would it not be a nice gesture for pokerstars for instance to give some form of incentive for deposits other than first deposits?

Poker and casino sites are only interested by the amount of money you loose on their games being it on casino games or as rake in poker. New players always get some promotions not available to regular clients as the casino needs constant flow of new players. High rollers also get some promotions to keep them playing. If you are regular player on normal stakes you get less promotions than both new and regular high roller players. Correct attitude to casino games is to always invest money that you can afford to loose without problems for the pure fun. Casino will always be ahead of you as if this was not the case casinos would not be able to work.

I think poker sites should make better promotions for regular players, because poker rooms always win money (rake) no matter if you lose or win. Casinos and sports bets sites needs that you lose money, so, if you are a regular that win a good amount of money, they probably don't want you in their site and probably they won't offer you any kind of promotion (I read some stories that if you win too much in casino or sports bets sites, there are some sites that block you or limit your winnings).
