Please Help

First of all, I'm still having a hard time downloading ACR updates. So can someone tell me how to find and enable JavaScript on Microsoft Edge. I'm not sure if that's the problem but trying whatever I can think of. What about Adobe Reader, or Window Media Player. This is really tiresome doing this every few days. Something is missing. Just got a popup saying something about JavaScript, so that seems to be the problem. Please help me find that on here and how to fix the problem

If you have the default settings in your Edge (and you probably have if you haven't changed them) your JavaScript should be enabled.

You can test it by going here:
http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/radar/about/clickme.shtml

and clicking the test JavaScript -button.

If, for some reason, it is disabled you can enable it with these instructions:
https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-javascript/edge

There are also good alternatives to AdobeReader (e.g. Foxit Reader (https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/ )) and to Media Player (e.g. VLC (https://www.videolan.org/ )) if you feel that you need a change.

Thanks again Nafor for all your help. It's fixed now. Guess how. I went to my ex-wife's apt today and downloaded ACR and intertops from her wifi. Took about 10 mins for each. So I know now that my little hotspot don't work well with big downloads. But I guess I'll have to go back again, because Intertops is not letting me login. And I was looking forward to the freeroll tonight. GL luck tonight Nafor.
