If you are in a restricted area, its against the TOS of the poker site to try and go around that by using a VPN. Violations of this can result in your account being banned or even in lawsuits. If 888 Poker dont offer their services in Luxembourg, then simply accept it and dont play from there.

In fact i live in Belgium and play from Luxembourg with VPN to access the partypoker.com site(kind of tired of pokerstars...)
I am registered on partypoker now and deposited to start playing, i am guessing that i will be able to cash out the same way, which is on my belgian account.
Or are they gonna ask me legal proofs when i want to cash out???
If so, they let you play and deposit but that wouln t be right to me.
Because then they should be more restrictive from the very start...?
I guess i am pretty confused and it really affects my game since it isn t really clear!
Could you give me an advice, maybe just go and ask the SAV from partypoker???

If you actually live in Belgium, then you should also be able to provide evidence of this with utility bills etc., which is, what poker sites usually ask for. If I understand it correctly, you are just (occationally?) visiting Luxenbourg and playing via a VPN. This is probably still not legal though and similar to the Gordon Vayo case, which I posted a link to. Obviously I can not tell you, how likely it is, that PartyPoker will figure this out, since I dont know their security system. But presumably there are more scrutiny of people trying to withdraw 600.000$ rather than 600$. The safest option though is certainly to only play from Belgium.

Just so you know, party poker is particularly strict on this kind of thing and if they become aware they will close your account and seize anything in it. It's in their T&C's as with most other sites, but they have been very strict for some time now. You're taking a big risk.
