I only play on ACR and I was wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing as me.
I play mostly in freeroll and venom tournaments, the $10 freeroll starts about every hour after 270 players have signed up. It seems like every single tournament I start, there are 2-3 people at the same starting table as me. I see them over and over at the 1st table. How do they go about assigning tables, is it random? because it really don't appear that way. It really don't matter that it happens, just got me real curious.:fight:

I definitely see this every tournament I play. I am always starting with 2-4 of the exact same opponents. Seems awfully non random for the seating algorithm to always align us up. I am suspicious of this as well. I wonder often if certain players always line up at the start if certain cards do? I am not a conspiracy theorist and do believe ACR is rigged but the seating is definitely not completely random.

I've noticed this too and I don't like it. I'm taking a break from ACR until I get my FRC membership back. My thoughts are, if they can't randomize the tables, how can they randomize the cards properly?

Table balancing is one of several known ongoing issues. We're told that the developers are working on a fix but in my opinion they will never be fixed due severe coding errors in the software.

I have noticed same. I don’t play 10s and venom, but I play casino org and stormers freerolls, and every time have at least one same player at a start of the tournament at my table. I took a notes on them, that’s how I noticed

I haven't noticed anything like that before but I've heard of a lot of people complaining about ACR. I used to play on ACR but I didn't care for the site or format.

I see this problem with many players. Make notes and records of your handouts. Write in support. It is best to rally and file a collective complaint

Same problem here. At least 4 of the same CC freeroll players every time. I realize it is a smaller group, but to have the same players every game is definitely not random.

ah im starting to notice this too just take notes and try to adjust my playing style but i swear i can almost predict which table im going to be put on. usually 3-4 regs afew fun players and a heavy finger lol

This is very strange if the algorithm works like this. Use this for your own purposes to read your opponents.

My problem with all poker rooms, not only ACR, is that they invariably place at my table players who are better than me

I played semi for two years then going full time for four years. If seating assignments is the biggest problem with ACR your blessed.

Ive seen more same hand split pots on cash tables since the july upgrade than i have my entire career playing on the circuit. Crazy play is encouraged.

Tonight cute example is i bet 7bb on pair of kings. Got one caller with 14bb holding 9,5 off. Called half his stack to flop two pair and turn the boat. Happens so often as it seems.

Thinking i might give this site a break. I have to admit following memphisgrind showing hes doing well on acr. Maybe my luck has been bad for the last year.

Yes in the cardschat 100 dollar daily freeroll it is sure not random. There are about 5 players that I almost always sit with to start the tourney and with at least 2 of them they seem to almost always sit in same position relative to me at the table as well.

I sometimes play with 1 or 2 similar players.
But not 3 at the same.
Maybe I have to pay more attention on this

I have not noticed this really but I have been in twitch streams with QQN / yellerallin where players all try to register at the same time in order to be on the same table to get the bounty on yellerallin this in the venom freeroll all day long and maybe possible some of you are ending up on their table?

I guess ACR is usuing alpahabetic algorythm when seating players - there is not other explanaition to what we all facing out ...

And when the field is more or less similar - we get the same opponents each starting table, so simple
