Congrats to finally fix your website, it looks clear and simple, but still have the style, and the old, incorrect screenshoots, infos up to date, especially about the loyalty, reward programmes. Definitely will make better impression for the newcomers.

Also a great thing to see in the lobby, that I can select together different stake levels, not only one, I missed some tourneys because of that in the past.

Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal using bitcoin.

But the result is "Cash out denied."

I have emailed [email protected] to ask about this issue. But I haven't received a reply.

I may ask here, get the answer faster. Or can you help me?

Now I am trying to request a withdrawal with bitcoin again.

Usually, I make withdrawals with bitcoin smoothly here.

Just yesterday, 17th of Feb, Wed. They always have updates on Wednesdays, not on all Wednesdays, but 1-2 times in a month.

There is a new version, but it is basically still the same - for me was visible only the option for selecting more stake levels in the same time -, you can check their update infos, I think it is on trello, you can definitely find it in this thread.

That's finally one small step forward after a marathon of going backwards.

Hello guys, I am not a bad player, and I won a few great tournaments when I lived in my country(Rus). Two years ago I moved to USA. The poker rooms I played are not available here. In my state only ACR is accessible for playing, but I am just out of money and have no bank card deposit available. I have written an email to support and got no responses. I have no bitcoins or other options for deposits. How can I enjoy poker? There is one more option Player to player transfer. Is there any body who has a few dollars for me plz? It shouldn't affect, my recommendation for you is to restart the app but before that delete cookies and try again to log back in, if the issue persist, please follow the next steps:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Ive been suspended since thursday morning. I sent an email only a couple hours later with all the details asked for and havent heard anything back. Just looking to see how long this takes

Pretty sure they changed the software to do this, it just allows you to bring up and see multiple tabs at once, like seeing multiple games you are looking for. You can click them to hide them also.

ACD It is the poker portal with which I play the most, I prefer it over pokerstars because it is more direct and simple, you do not have any communication with the table and that is the good thing, I think that all of us who play the 100 carschat tournaments $ we are older people, who just want to play to relax or get some money without risking anything doing what we like.

What more can you ask?

Hello! Yes you can, but you need to accomplish some criteria in order not to have any inconvenience, like a 10% rake of your winnings and the account should be fully certified.

1. A clear picture of the front side of your Driver’s License or Government Issued ID that clearly states your name and date of birth.
2. A clear picture of a recent utility bill (less than three months old), showing your registered address and name. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, a bank statement will also work, as long as it’s not older than three months and clearly states your name and address. If you choose to send us a bank statement, you can scratch out the financial information as we will only need the document as proof of address. Another option is to provide us a voided blank check that shows your name and address.

Thumbs up to the changes re the seating. Several MTTs today, tons of last minute crashers and not a single time did I see a table full of new players. Great work.

They ruin the game and steal so much equity from the people that actually play by timing down and disconnecting for an extra 90 seconds of delay.

I bitch when there is a problem and give credit when something good happens. Glad to see this has been changed somewhat, at least going it was intentional and not just luck it did not happen today.
