Is anyone else having an issue with their notes on BCP (maybe ACR too). Mine seem to randomly disappear, sometimes past notes, sometimes notes from a current table or a player will be moved from my table and either come back to the table or we will meet at a new table and the notes will just be gone. I tried to contact Customer Support but they have not been any help.

Yea, I've had this issue.

the workaround is to save your notes directly in pokertracker or hold'em manager as those programs never glitch out (unlike the poker software's occasional 'moment's :P)
