New bug in pokerstars

I have now replicated this 3 times and would be interested to know if anyone else has this problem, and also to serve as a warning to anyone playing.

Since last night when they made the client aurora engine only, I have tried 3 times to replay a hand. Each time I click replay then scan back to the hand, a popup message comes "please restart the client" and the table freezes. Have to restart to get the table back.

Be careful if you are playing and want to review a hand because this function now seems to be broken.

It has not happened to me, but it has happened to me that the entire application freezes playing spin and go. There is no way to get back into the game if I don't restart the computer. And obviously, when I return I am already off the table since they are hyper tournaments. It has happened to me more than once. Greetings!:cool::cool:

Also noticed on restarting the client it reset all the table filters I had set.

So the situation for me in case anyone else would like to try.

Playing a 6 handed micro stakes cash table. One idiot at the table is going all in frequently and has already busted and reloaded 3 times. I sit out for a few hands then when I come back notice they are sat out after busting again. I wanted to see how this player busted so loaded up replay and scanned back to the bust hand. At this point up pops the message "please restart the client" Table now frozen software crashed.

Restarted the client which takes me back to the table. Tried the same thing again, same outcome.

I expect there will be a lot of threads about this soon.

Pointless contacting support, they have been rubbish lately.

Well played a tournament after this and hand replay was working again. Seems it was one hand it didn't like after all.

I did not have that problem but I have another one.When I click on missions or stars rewards sometimes it show error 101 for some reason.

Was this ever resolved? I’ve recently encountered it myself and have not been able to successfully troubleshoot

Hi, I dont have used this option in the last week but 15 days ago working very fine to me in móbile phone using iOS

I had to configure everything again, I had this problem 3 times since the weekend!

Another problem that happened, the leaderboard showed that I had completed and had not even played any spin & go.

I thought it might be a conflict with the HUD or Table Manager, but apparently, the problem was theirs.

I hope they solved

Just opened pokerstars and there's another upgrade. In a few months, a lot of them. And it always has a bug, lol.

For me, both on windows and on cell phone everything is ok.

Is anyone having this problem these days?

Мне кажется, что платформу, на которой базируется pokerstar, пора менять. когда я захожу в один из 10 случаев, всегда есть какая-то ошибка или сбой

the only problem i have with the stars software is that one time saves the password sometimes i have to re enter it that sucks :D but thats only a small prob out of that PS is great also like CC , thumbs up for both

I still have the same issue as of today, sometime happening a few time per day. No answer from the support, it is getting very frustrating

Btw I live in switzerland and there is the .CH version. Never had this problem from 2010 to 2013. Only now that PokerStars was made available in Swiss and it is managed by online swiss casino

I have come across with another bug. Time to time when i open more than two tables the clients service becomes unresponsive. I have to restart everything if i want to play. I hope they will fix it!

I also have just spent that mistake and have sent me 2 solutions but none has worked, I guess an update of the software will have caused this indirectly.

It is very frustrating, today happened already twice in 15 minutes while i am playing tournaments. I stopped to play cash games completely as it is even more frustrating to lose money after a raise

I haven't seen any bugs these past few days, but it's happened to me in Omaha that I'm winning with a flush with the highest high card, on the board I had 4 diamonds, I only had an A of diamond, and I lost to the opponent who had two gold cards but smaller than A, but on the table I had 4 diamonds, I lost some money ..

These are just a few of the reason's I don't trust poker site's and play bigger Buy-ins, I only ever play On-line Poker for fun, and save my money for the Live action at Casino's.
It is a terrible shame but I do not want to lose hundreds of Dollar's on some misfortune of Glitches and Computer errors, etc etc etc.

When the fun Stops, STOP!
