Negative experience of playing BetOnline

Hello. I will tell you about my experience of playing on this site. Last week I managed to take second place in the tournament from our forum on this site. In order to verify my account, I made a deposit via bitcoin. After that, I played on the casino site and was even able to slightly increase the balance on my account. As a result, I tried to withdraw the won money and my deposit to Bitcoin. And this is where the problems began that many players who cannot speak English and who do not live in the United States and canada may face. My withdrawal was canceled and I was asked in an email message to call them on the phone about the problem. I live in Russia and I cannot speak English fluently, and this call from me to them will be very expensive in money. So I tried to figure this out by chat using a translator to solve the problem. For I explained the problem to the chat operator, and explained that I do not speak English. To which I received a condition from the chat operator, either you call us on the phone in the USA and talk to us, or you will not receive your money. I asked to somehow resolve this issue either by email or in the chat. But the condition from the site was one call to the USA. I warn players from other countries who do not speak English and cannot afford an expensive call to another country, you may not see your money without this condition.

This is a site a really dislike, and avoid.

When I signed up, I began to get harassed, almost daily, to make deposits. After two months, I got fed up, and stopped playing there.

About two months ago, I decided to re-activate my account, and the same thing happened all over again.

Now I've quit them, altogether.

I have my own issues with Bet Online, however, deposits and withdrawals aren't among those. I always found the customer support to be top notch, with prompt attention. I always used Bitcoin for deposit/withdrawal. No e-mail pestering either, though I still get notices of special events.

It wasn't my experience at all.

I have not have a problem with deposits or withdrawals to either of the Chico sites Betonline and SporstBetting Poker. I used Bitcoin a couple times in the past with no issues I use ecoPayz mostly on those 2 sites. No issues and these days they process very fast like within an hour I get my money from a withdrawal. Their customer service is pretty good as well although you meet an idiot CSR once in a while.

A few years a back I had a problem with paypal and they had this stupid rule of having to call them to resolve my problem. International calls are quite expensive where I am from and these sort of calls can take 20+ mins as I did with the Paypal.

What I did I googled make free international calls over computer. I was able to find a free service I watched an ad and they gave me a free 30 mins call over my laptop.

So my advice try back live chat or email support with site. Explain to them that you do not speak English. If that does not work try calling from PC.
