I'll try to make this short:
I had some funds at Doyle's Room. They announced a ban of US players would start on Feb 28th and said a transfer directly to full tilt poker was an option. I initiated my transfer on Feb 22nd. On March 1, I checked with a DBPN live chat manager (Doyle's Room) and he said there was an internal error and to email support. I did and they put it through again. They also said it would take "3-4 hours" for my funds to show up at FTP and to contact FTP if any more problems came up.
Next day I emailed FTP and they said it could take a while since there were so many transfers taking place. I waited another week and I got my points transferred, but no money. I emailed FTP again and they said to keep waiting. I even went back to DBPN and they said no error this time.
I've emailed FTP support a total of 7-8 times regarding this and have received nothing but canned responses or none at all. I'm getting scared that my money is gone or lost or pissed away by someone. I've posted on FTP's forum and have read about the same thing happening to others.
It's been about a month now and this money is a decent chunk for me. Anyone have any ideas about what I can do next? Or do I just sit, worry, and hope my funds eventually come through?
