Just before i post below i want to make myself clear i should be held for my action. Same time the website should do it's part to detect problems. ( My problem isn't with poker but the casino they offer(blackjack). I feel like ggpoker is using it's sister site to abuse people with gambling problems. For example on gg poker once you permanent self exclude you are never allowed to play here. Also they are known for if you set a limit on your Deposit they are known to prevent you coming back for a few months .
I have permanent self excluded on Natural 8 (4 or 5 times) past year also back to back if i wanted to go back they simply make me respond to there email saying i won't hold them liable etc... Then i am brought back in the game.....
( I just want to say if they are doing this shady things i could imagine what other things they are doing. I have lost hundreds on the website haven't cashed out once natural 8)
This is kind of bizzare because when i self excluded i didn't put 1 month or 2 month i set it to "Permanently" . Then next 2 days i ask live chat to let me back in etc.. and i am in.
