Issues signing into a Home Games

My friends and I have tried to set up a Home Game a few times. We followed the directions but the other players keep having trouble signing in. Says it's invalid. Anyone else having this issue? I attached a screenshot. Thanks in advance.

With increased volume due to the Pandemic, I think all rooms are experiencing software challenges. PokerStars has had a lot of problems recently with their Home Games platform. Notably, results and statistics are absent. Yours may be another issue that they are aware of,, but are not prioritizing at this moment.
