Intertops Poker Dead?

Since I started doing well on other sites with better software, softer fields, and generally overall just better offers, I have not visited intertops for several months.

I logged on today - just to see whazzup - and the poker seems nearly dead.

It looks like the only games running are sattys into other events, and - then I guess those other events, that are quite silly in respect to buy-in and payout.

Is Intertops dead? Does anyone from the CC community play on that site regularly?

Competition is always a good thing for all industries, so I'd hate to see it die off, but if they can't offer anything other than satty events - I don't see them being competitive with the other sites.

I dont play there very much,really only the cc free rolls.Years ago i played it alot.Your right the place is dead.Terrible software,i cant even download it ,because it keeps going away.From there web site,it totally drops me off about every hour.They havent spent any money,to upgrade there poker experence.I would not deposit there again.

You are playing from the browser, as I understand it. Download the client and change the deck to 4 colors in the settings. And you will be happy

They dont even try, I dont get it, they have a good rep for payouts, but they dont even try to attract new players anyone up for a good $15 $100 GTD intertops is for you

I wouldn't be surprised if they lose their poker business due, not so much to their software which is very decent I would say, but to the way they treat players or to some really weird policies they have.
I played a Jackpot freeroll there and ended up winning it ($16.75 after about 7 hours of play) only to see that amount in "My Wallet" with no possibility to transfer it to poker. When I contacted them, they said exactly : "You cannot play poker with that money, you have to make a deposit". So I don't see how they want to fill those empty tables up and get some more volume !

I managed to earn $ 300. having won a freeroll in a card chat, I found out on the forum that there is a problem with withdrawing money. but after that it became difficult for me to withdraw money, so I spent it on cash and deleted this room! I don't understand why the chat still deals with such rooms.

Agree - that is what I was talking about regarding deals. I can play in a2k on ACR for 2 bucks, 4 bucks or even 6 bucks with smaller fields. On ITops a 2k is gonna cost at minimum 20 bucks to enter, or satty into it.

I used to play there a lot, but I think they finally caught the 6 guys with identical stats who played the turbos and now a lot of the tourneys dont get enough players to meet the min player number to run.

Given the conditions for withdrawing funds from this site, it is not surprising that he is dead. No one wants to play on sites where you have to lose $ 500 to make $ 100.

Every site seems to have it's ups and downs, Intertops is no exception.
There are still plenty of games to play on Intertops, just not the traffic they once had.

its kinda hard to deposit there if you dont have bitcoin...the wallets arent good in some counties..etc.

I started playing there only after I met card chat! I was very surprised by their rule to win back money won in private freerolls and although there are very few games, but the field is very sweet!

It's only $100 , but you never know with sites that seem to have no traffic.

Yes it's true . I only play the CC freerolls and a few others. I walked around looking at the grid and I really found it with few options too and very few players. I always end up uninstalling, so I also don't like a warning option on my system bar and it also boots up with the computer and this function. but it’s no use. I find this function somewhat invasive, as if it were a virus ... But if I'm not mistaken it is a well-regarded room in sports and casino

Might want to jump on to see if you can get that cash out, or play it.
I read all T&C before playing on any site - and about a year ago I was reading nearly all of them - to make sure I knew exactly what their terms were.

Either Intertops or 5Dimes/SportBetting - or both have a policy where if a player is not considered an "active" player - which is considered logging in every 2 weeks - or 90 days - or something like that, they have the 'right' to confiscate all monies in the in-active players account.
Trying to remember - I think this was one of 5Dimes BS policies, but I was reading a lot of T&C's around the same time - so it could also have been Intertops.

Won't hurt to re-check - to make sure what you have on there is - still available to you.
