I do not have any disagreement with the policy in general. Other rooms have similar policy and I have no issues with it but not when it comes to intertops.
I have had a really bad experience with them with this policy in the past and I do not play there anymore.
This was 3 years ago maybe things have gotten better.

no things have not gotten better. i have 177 dollars more or less all freeroll winnings locked on the site and their support is anything other than helpfull. in one email they say i need to generate like 16 dollars rake and in another they state its like 75 dollars of "gross" rake. whatever that means
i can only collect that rake in cash games and mtt's, not sng's but the site has very little traffic
yesterday i played a bit 0.2/0.4 dollar cash game, like one hour but the support told me i did not collect any rake. i clearly did, not much but i was in a few pots over a dollar.

Same exact thing happened to me 3-4 years ago. I made the playthough then support told me I did not. Every time I would contact them they would give me a different figure in playthrough. I was 1000% sure I made the playthough. After many emails they eventually told me I had to make playthrough from a casino bonus they gave me for opening a new account from 3 years prior.
I told them it was unfair to force a player playthough from a bonus used up 3 years ago. All sites I play on and I play on a lot do not tie you to playthrough once you loose all your bonus money.
I had $120 in my account I told them just deduct the casino bonus it was $5 they said it don't work like that and I was still short $83 in rake before they allow me to withdraw. So I tried to make playthough but I lost it all. Never been back there.
I saw a couple players successfully withdraw from site but they deposit and did not have any freeroll winnings. Hopefully things work out for you and you somehow get to withdraw. Best of luck.

Hi guys. I'm glad I found this tread, because I don't care for the site myself, and now even less, and I'm not wasting my time in the freerolls if I can't use the money howI want too. Maybe there are players here that have a BR there from a deposit and can play their winnings. More power to them.

I won a few dollars playing the cardchart freerolls, it's practically the only one I play there.
I went to check the minimum withdrawal amount, which was 25 dollars, as some dollars were missing to complete this amount, I made a deposit.
Even though I made a deposit, won a freeroll they did not release my money, they claim that I have to generate more rack, playing other freerolls before making the withdrawal!
I keep playing there more for fun, the cardchat tournaments are on days and times that are not interesting in other places.
But I have no hope and expectation to be able to withdraw the money that is there, it is almost 30 dollars now!

That's somewhat odd. If I recall, I had a similar situation, but instead, they wouldn't let me withdraw any money, until I generated a certain amount of rake.
I must admit, that is sometime ago, but I don't believe they required me to make a deposit.
Anyway, if that's what they're doing, I definitely don't agree with them.
They're supposed to be using freerolls to draw new business, not to deter it.

If you are not ready for this, it is better not to play there. Personally, I took $ 600 out of there. Payments were made on the 3rd day after the application. If you're only going to play freerolls there, you're just wasting your time.

interesting. looks like they are trying everything to not payout those freeroll winnings. i also made withdraws in the past so the site seems legit but the way they handle this is terrible imo.
i see you often at the tables, are you really from trinidad and tobago or u just live there? greetings.

my opinion on Intertops
we have a couple games there a week for all members so they are a little
crazy but fun too. all freeroll winnings need 50% rake before cashout.
the only way to earn it at any decent rate is cash games, Omaha H/L generates the
most or higher limits. I played .02 - .04 with a few shots at higher.
games are soft but that doesn't mean anything except in the long run. they have decent tourneys
sometimes but I basically just play our freerolls and a little cash to earn some rake
in order to cash out here and there.
I do not have permission to say this but Debi has been known to get intertops to allow members a chance
to play with their freeroll winnings. it doesn't hurt to ask. PM her with that problem.
