If you weren't aware of it yet (I found out about 30 minutes ago), even though you give them all kinds of personal information just to open an account and then play poker freerolls, once you actually win (like I did earlier CC $100 placed 10th), you are unable to then use those winnings to actually enter a Tournament even if you have more in your "Wallet" than is necessary. This is due to the fact (after speaking with "customer support") that you must first "Increase your Limits" which are set at $0.00 by Default. To "Increase your Limits" you must send them a copy of your Driver's License, a copy of a current Utility Bill and a copy (FRONT and BACK) of any Credit Cards you are using (which you don't if you play freerolls). Then, you can use your freeroll winnings (this can take a while for all of this information to be verified.

I told the rep on chat that this is insane. "Would it help if I gave you my height, weight, eye color, hair color also? How about my mother's maiden name? Would my Social Security card number help also?" I forgot that a Driver's License already includes a lot of that information.

So yeah, I just pushed it over to buy casino chips and then blew it. Tomorrow I will send them an email and have my account deleted (which of course they won't but).

So, it was completely pointless to actually register and play a freeroll and then not be able to use the winnings. Utter stupidity!!!

BetOnline doesn't make you submit your whole Life to them just to use Freeroll winnings in Cash Tournaments (they might if you actually want to cash out though).

This is just sad. Withdrawals are one thing, but let's put in a bunch of barriers to entry just to play. I vote with my dollar/time in this case. Just don't play there. Tell the reps to "have a day" and be done with it.

BOL and Sportsbetting make deposited before you can even play. So they have all that info before you play. i know i just opened a account with the idea of playing more free rolls. just like you. They are all going to that with new applicants.

I believe i have never deposited there but unlike with partypoker it hasn't stopped me from playing ...

How long have you had account. My wife just opened an account and they told her deposit first. My old account never deposited once. But that was back when they had daily free rollls. Things have changed.:thefinger

contact Debi - same thing happened to me, they fixed it, the site released the money from the wallet into account after they contacted them

You will find some things are too good to be true after winning and you wont get consistent wins online like you would live.

I agree with you. I do not even know which players this site was created for. For me personally, this site is exclusively with virtual money.

But if they just increase my Poker Limit even to like $2.00 or something that would enable me to use any future winnings in poker tournaments.

Yeah I had the same issue with intertops also and decided to stop playing on the site. It's ridiculous to have to submit documents and information just to play any non-freeroll games.
If you also look closely, you're still able to use your freeroll winnings to play in their casinos which is advantageous for them until your information is verified.

I'm confused, geitenkamper says he has his funds in his bank account, is there some way to bypass the rollover requirements, if so I'd love for you to help me with that please.
I've been playing cash games to try and complete the rollover requirements and due to the almost non existent traffic for the times that I can play in my time zone it is taking forever, and the only way to know if you have reached the requirements is when you try for a withdrawal, then when knocked back all they tell you you is you have so many $ of rollover to go.

I thought when accounts were fixed it meant that funds were released into their Poker account to be able to play with.
