Intertops closed my account to not pay me.

Some days ago, I decided to verify my account in intertops to withdraw cardchat earnings, so I contacted customer service, they asked me for the following documents.

1. citizenship card.
2. Bank statement of the last 3 months or receipt of public services where the residence address appears.
3. Deposit and play the deposited.

Send my documents.
I do not like to deposit until I have verified my documents since from experience I know that if they do not verify you they will not refund your money.

I had to wait 3 days for the review, and they started asking me for other documents,
1. photo of the card holding it next to my face.
2. passport.

Send the documents.

3 days later, they asked me for another document,
1. photo of my passport holding it next to my face.
Send the document.

3 days later I get this message:

We are contacting you from Intertops.

Your account has been reviewed, and the decision has been made to permanently close your account, as it did not pass our security checks. This decision will not be reversed.

In the event that a new account is created under your name, it will be closed.

Anyway, they didn't verify me, the first time this happens to me, I have about 10 verified rooms, purses, etc.

I had no such problems with this room. I sent passport photos and utility bills with my address. This is not my favorite room, but the withdrawal of my money went fine. After they made me play cash for the money that I won in freerolls.

Poker rooms are forced to carefully check the documents of the players to avoid abuse. This is normal. And if you submitted everything that was requested, the check should have been successfully completed. I also went through something similar. Successful deposits and withdrawals.

They asked me for a passport, I don't have one and am not getting one to play on there shitty 1000 player site. The cardschat freerolls have bigger prizepools than most of the guaranteeds lol. Lots of other sites to play on

I only use Intertops the play the CC freerolls there, and that's only to try to maximize my points/position on the CC leaderboards. I don't expect to ever cash that money out. Now that ACR and all other clients (except Intertops) work well on Mac, I have even thought of deleting Intertops altogether. No need to keep windows installed on my Mac just for this one site.

I don’t understand why they just closed your account. Did they give you a reason ? Did the documents not match or did you have multiple accounts? I understand they require the rake before withdrawing but closing your account must have another reason then them wanting to withhold paying out a few hundred dollars. Good luck.

The game on this site is actually the same as the game of conditional chips, no more. Even if your account was closed, believe me, you have not lost much. Good luck.

I've cashed out numerous times, but it's a pain in the ass, and just not worth it... I know with any freerolls you have to rollover over your play (at least) 1x... the same with poker as you must rake at least 10% of your deposit amount... this is actually a pretty standard policy as many card rooms, but I've never had one actually stick to it (down to the $0.01)

Have you played cash or sng games apart from cardschat games? Poker rooms perform such annoying security checks like you've described and ban accounts after such checks in one case = money laundring. If you've played against some hacker who created a account and deposited using stolen bank card, and you've won, then most probably your account will be banned if you haven't generated a lot of rake... I had such problems at 888(pacific poker) long time ago, when I was playing hundreds of HU SnG games per day climbing up the limits, they've been asking me to verify my account several times per year and also asked me how i'm related to some of the accounts... They've unlocked my account after my explanations and verification, well I guess that they would do that even without any explanations, just because it was obvious that I play hundred or two trnys per day against random opponents:rock:. And lol by doing it I create a lot of rake for them... In your case, I believe that you haven't created any rake and it might be a reason.:vollkomme

I can see we they want me to generate rake and I do. I play a little cash and sng. But my biggest wins have been on freerolls
