You need to deposit first before you can use your card chat freeroll winning

As i placed second and I’m wondering why my balance is zero so I wrote intertops support

03D00A48 9BB0 4330 8FE9 A0596040655B

Very weird policy, i guess nothing we can do just follow

Contact Debi via PM and she can get your "Wallet" funds to be accessible in your "Poker Balance". However, to simplify things, you may want to wait until you have a little more in your account. I don't know how it works, but my balance was set at a number by ITops, and now that amount is always in my balance as long as my wallet has at least that much in it.

Just so you know, Intertops has an annoying withdrawal restriction:

"50% of the Freeroll cash winnings have to be turned over as gross rake, before a player is eligible to withdraw these funds"

50 % rake on freeroll winnings ? thats insane. No wonder they dont become big like pokerstars . acr or 888 . those ones dont have any restrictions in withdrawing any winnings
