I cashed in a Cardschat freeroll and their Live Chat told me I had to deposit in order to actually even use that money on anything. I personally uninstalled the software immediately as that, to me, is a big red flag.

I understand asking for verification upfront, and if there is some sketchy behavior (VPN usage, big change of betting habits, etc...), potentially more verification steps.

Yet allowing clients to benefit them and in turn make complications when the client wants to receive benefits, is an age-old manipulative bureaucracy tactic (As I haven't experienced with other major poker sites).

So for those who've played here, is managing finances as smooth as other major sites, or are their notable issues?

Had some issues there with the same circumstance. Then they closed it and reopen. My funds there were gone, they had no record of it. Had a screen shot of the cashier page, didn't help at all.

I too had an account there. I played a CC freeroll last year and won $21. I turned that amount into $120 with the help of poker and sports betting but because of above mentioned behavior of the operator I spend all my money in the Casino room and now no way towards Intertops.

Im pretty sure you dont have to deposit in order to cashout. You just have to rollover the winnings in the poker room or Sportsbook.

Yeah i wasnt allowed to play my winnings there either. Thought Deb or Tammy said they were going to get it unfroze(talk to them ) but last i checked it was still frozen so i havent went back. Not even to play CC freeroll.I might just uninstall it since i can do nothing there

I do not like Intertops. It has long been there I do not play.

I think its perfectly fine that you have to get verifyed and deposit first in order to cash out your winnings.

What i think is not ok is that interflops wants you to accumulate at least 50% rake from your total freeroll winnings. Its straight robbery, they basically steal 50 % of every private freeroll held there since they provide nothing to the pricepool.

Cardschat should move those freerolls somewhere else .

That's odd. I know you have to deposit in order to withdrawl for identity verification purposes(otherwise you could have minors gambling and cashing out). But I've always been able to use my freeroll winnings to buy-in other tournaments - on Intertops and every other site I've used.

Go to the cashier at Itops and try to increase your poker balance, that should be all you need to do, it may be set to $0, I have mine set to $200.
