I attempted to cash out via bitcoin and ignition stated they needed a picture of my DL and a selfie with it. I sent in this information.....after 5 weeks. Over 30 emails and 5 phone calls ignition will not tell me why my account has been disabled. The only response I have received is that my account has been disabled and they are taking my account balance. I tried another site and they only take complaints from bovada and not ignition. I am very frustrated and seemingly powerless. It is just astounding they will not give me any information. Appreciate any and all advice what I should do or another forum this question might be better suited. Thank you.
Let them know you will be talking with your bank about it. They usually hate hearing banks becoming involved. I would let them know you post on online forums and will continue to get the word out on what they are doing until you are paid. Ask for their legal team too so they know you aren't bluffing. Take screenshots too if you can.
Strange. I deposited and withdrew from Ignition just fine, although I was primarily a poker player not casino. Wonder if that makes any difference? I'd say give them a couple more days and then try again.
Recently Bovada/Ignition has had the worst beats (coincidences) in any site that I belong to. If you call and ask to speak to the financial team you should get somewhere quicker. I spoke to a nice supervisor today who gave me a $100 bonus without me even asking. They knew i was pissed and they fixed the issue. I would be extremely weary though if doing anything other than sports betting on Bovada, and I would avoid Ignition completely. If you want to play do it through Bovada because at least Bovada has customer service reps that will listen on occasion.
Yeah they have just gone rogue on me. Lesson learned I guess. Weird thing is that I messaged Bovada and asked them if there was anything wrong with my account (after emailing them about the ignition situation)...They said no and my account has been verified and in good standing. I honestly think ignition just told their staff not to pay me or respond.So far the lesson learned is if you run it up in their casino your gonna leave with nothing. Please avoid ignition casino like the plague.
I used to play at Bovada, when I returned earlier this year, I swear it said they are NOW Ignition. But I keep hearing people talk about Bovada, but didn't Bovada become? Ignition? Isn't Bovada? gone?

There is Bovada and as the previous poster said if you cash out once in poker never go back. It is the same as Ignition and you will see bad beat after bad beat. You will fold 8-3 and the flop will come 8-8-3. You will Play AJ and the flop will be KK-Q. It happens all the time. I quit playing on there when I called customer service with 20 hands to review. They credited me back and then the next day same thing happened. I told them to look into it or i would be contacting my bank. They froze my account until I would tell them on a recorded line that I wouldn't do that again. They are no longer under a gaming license and once they dropped their Ontario gaming license things went downhill fast. I would not play cards on Bovada or Ignition until they fix their issues/find a gaming license.
I made a $100 bitcoin deposit 12/10/19 and still have not received my funds. In the Blockchain page it shows the transaction as completed and the funds were removed from my account. I made several phone calls that involve a lot of time on hold and twice they hung up on me after holding for 10 min. I received different answers from different employees. I never received and email update or phone call and still I do not have the money. It has been the most frustrating and the worst customer service experience I have had with any online casino.
