:mad::mad::mad::mad:This is my first post here.
I'm having a horrible experience with ignition casino and I feel helpless. Being this is one of the most popular poker talk forums, I figured I'd share my experience to help others avoid the upsets.
Ignition Casino has locked my account with my funds and I was told I had to provide a government ID along with a recent bill before they would unlock my account. They told me it would take 24-48 hours after receiving the documentation before my account would be unlocked. I sent them the info on the 19th and they confirmed they received it on the 19th. My account is still locked and I have called 6 different times, each of which I am unable to speak with a supervisor due to "no supervisors available." After being on hold for nearly an hour each time, I was told they would have to schedule a call back within 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive a call back.
This really makes me worried. I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and was even a customer of Bovada when Ignition bought them out and this is how I'm treated. They said the paperwork is handled in the order it was received, yet they received it 9 days ago. Hundreds of my dollars are locked in my account and I also have a $162 tournament ticket which expires on Nov. 2nd. Seems like the first sign of Ignition Casino going belly up? Does this have anything to do with the cryptocurrencies tanking in the past week?

I have since signed up on BETONLINE, which seems to be a much better place to play!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

My account is still locked. I have probably called a dozen times, requesting to speak with a supervisor each time and each time, no supervisors are available. I have given my number to them 4 times, requesting a call back from a supervisor and haven't received a single call back. I did receive an email letting me know the I need to send additional document(more than I already have sent) for the purpose of verifying my name, address, and DOB which I sent to them 7 days ago, yet my account is still locked. I sent them a copy of my DL and a monthly bill showing my name and address. Now they're saying they need a picture of me to verify my picture...yet I've never given them a picture to compare it to in the first place... Long story short, F**k ignition casino! They have lost my business! Good job Centersource you worthless call center! By the way, Centersource is the same call center which handles customer support for Bovada and about 4 other online poker sites.

Just tried to log into my account today (Dec 27 2019) and the damn account was locked. I called customer-no-service and they told me it was locked because a deposit I made in October shows that the funds sent, show a request for charged back to my credit card. I called my bank and there has been no charge back nor had I requested one. They told me to wait 7 to 10 days to see if the charges have been reversed. If not I would need to send them copies of my bank statement associated with the transaction and that they would forward that info to there bank for investigation.

Look like I'm being set-up to take it in the shorts. Oh get this, customer service told me that if I wanted to get into my account in the meantime, all I needed to do was to make another deposit (over the phone with my credit card) of the amount in question. ****ers are not only going to still my money but also want me to pay a ransom on top of that.

If you are playing at Ignition get out now. If you are thinking about playing at Ignition, think again they are crooks.

I got back into my account about three weeks after my rant about Ignition Poker. I did alittle research on the ownership of Ignition (not an easy task) and found the registered office for the company in London England. From there, after a search of British corporate records (Companies House) I found two corporate officers for the site.

Long story short, while I could not find a direct way to contact the British owner the other is a Span, and e-mailed a colleague of the Brit, explained my situation and asked her to have the owner to contact me. Of course I never heard from anyone but I did get back into my account. My plan was to grind back my loses and cash out.

Started the grind (winning) and lo behold over the last week feels like I'm sitting at tables full of bots. Bottom line is I still do not recommend this shady site.

I'm not accusing you of anything here so don't get mad but I found your bots comment pretty funny given that your username is PokerHacks.
