The above is a screenshot of my chests located with the my stars section on Pokerstars. It clearly shows that i have a free play chest awaiting me from 3pm today.

If you do not have this - i suggest you contact support at Pokerstars.

I have no idea if this is dependent on your current reward level - i did receive a pop up as part of a halloween promotion and then it disappeared so i am now contacting the support team to find out what this is for?
