After 25 emails and no resolution and them being complete MORONS, I am done. Anyone that plays on that site gets exactly what they deserve, BS!

How they even stay alive in business of the poker world is BEYOND ME!

Now, it is my job to make sure everyone knows how Fcked UP this site is.

I will make it my mission to SCREAM IT, now there are 2 sites on my NEVER to PLAY list, 888 and ACR! They both suck really bad at customer service and their programs and systems are terrible.

PokerStars is the only place I will ever deposit money to play.

BTW - I often find their emails skip my inbox for some reason so I look at the Ticket Thread online and there the responses are.... their Live Chat is pretty good IMHO too. (Software sucks though and they are a bit dumb when understanding problems)

The only problem with 888 Poker in canada is there bank wire fee when doing a cash out there is no way to avoid it. I also hate sites with poor customer service example breakout poker they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Luckily most of us have options(sry,usa) unless you "have" to play at certain sites,,,save yourself alot of grief.

i have money on 888 but have never went to New Jersey 2 play it. i would like 2 know what happened to live support on acr though. they did once have live support. maybe im not looking in the proper area to get to live chat.. i have never had any true issues with acr getting my money was always fast, support was always good 2 me. im not sure what your problem with acr exactly is but wish to see you get it resolved GOOD LUCK

Judging by the size of the font something terrible must have happened... but what?

I only needed their customer service once to re-open my account and it worked pretty well for me... Dont‘t know if they changed anything about their support and it is weak now though...

But you seem to have options, so if you dislike the site as much as the font size says then it is probably the best move to leave... At least I don’t hear much about problems with cashing out from acr so you can take your money to a new room that will pay you a nice deposit bonus on it :rolleyes:

Not that it really matters and I know most of you could care less.

I will share the first and last email that I received with 20 in between that were useless that I won't bother with.


The last straw for me was them asking me for a list of answers to questions and then sending me another email after that saying they would need my phone number, no, you don't, when I signed up for this idiot site a phone number was not required. Why now, when I jumped through all of your stupid hoops multiple times would I want these morons to have my home phone?

The first time they reset my password it was only good for 10 minutes, ummmm, maybe I was taking a crap and guess what it didn't work and they did not bother to do what they were supposed to do, so Now I will just find another idiot poker room to try, at least it will be different idiots.

but that you step friend, explains your case well, at least ACR does not require you to deposit to withdraw your profits .. no other room does that .. if it is for the software they need to improve it, that if.

once again ACR is getting attacked guessing slow and non responsive. Last week lost at least 50+ dollars because their gateway was down. Their response was looked at your acct. and see nothing was loss. Not sure how they could verify that because they gave NO indication that they looked at their gateway or asked what time I was talking about. They just pointed me at a App that was not even applicable to the network. OH MY APP DOES NOT SHOW YOU LOST ANYTHING BUT THE APP IS NOT UPDATED UNLESS THE NETWORK IS UP.

Looking for a better US poker site so I do not have to be in NJ

no guessing now no response even to the cashier that has to be priority click makes u wander if they use bad network security to steal money. If you get no response suggest u click the cashier button if they are slow then they are getting attacked

or they are using the DOS to take your money while their pgm calculates the best profit.. statistics 101 delay calculate then bet after results in. IMHO on bet here if you want to get robbed

Try calling them perhaps... They have a phone customer support.

Always was there for me.

If your asking for help/advice your really not clear with what the issue is other than the password. I am not sure its with resetting the password i thinks its with the password reset. After you went through all the steps and its time to login did you use your USERNAME or did you use your email. I just spent 2 days trying to get logged on to the site. My virus protection kept it from opening uninstalled and installed several times lost count. After finally getting it to load to the site i went to log on and it kept giving me an error code. So lol for a person that just jumps into things i took the time to read the login screen and it asked for my email instead of the user name like most sites then the password. Maybe calm down and try it again. I've been with this site way back when it was doyles room and never had an issue with it.

I agree. Customer Service is not very good. Its seems like when I would like to get in touch with them for something I'm concerned about I always feel like I have to jump thru hoops.

It is a simple Password Reset issue. You would think from this thread that it would be something much more severe, but this is just not the case. Its simple to reset passwords.

i know when i reset mine i used my username and it didnt let me in but when i used my email (what they asked for) i got in so its something simple like that.
