Having trouble with PokerStars support

I’ve been having some trouble getting through - I’ve emailed them three times and used the contact form on the website another time over the last month, but they haven’t replied to a single one. Is anybody else having this problem?

Regardless, is there any other way to contact them? A phone number or live chat?

I've heard the quickest way to sort something is to message them on twitter. Otherwise be patient for another few months for a reply to your emails.

Tweet their support in twitter, for email you have to wait for long time to get any reply

open the pokerstars App,

click on the right side more< help> contact us> and then you can contact them via live chat!

Unfortunately, it isn’t letting me log in to the game - that’s what I need support for. I suppose maybe I could make a new account just to get access to the live that. I’ll give that a shot!

Seems like the live chat option isn’t available anymore. Feels like I’m just being ghosted by support for absolutely no reason - all that’s happen is my account’s been frozen because I logged in from somewhere new and I haven’t been able to play on PS for a month.

Don’t create another account, that is definitely against the Terms of Service, you will be banned if you get caught. Sounds like you may have already been banned and they have you on their ignore list.

I didn’t end up making a new one, I asked my partner to log into theirs and tried from there. It’d be a load of crap if they’ve banned me honestly because as far as I’m aware I haven’t broken any rules - just got frozen out of my account presumably because I moved from London to a town in the South East.

They haven’t responded to Twitter mentions or a DM either so maybe they are just ghosting me (though I’m not sure how they know my Twitter is my account).

Guess I’ll move to partypoker then.

Sorry for the thread resurrection but since it regarded support I figured I should post an update. PokerStars did end up getting back to me yesterday and unfreezing my account - they said they’d frozen it by mistake. They gave me some tickets to apologise for it taking months to get back to me.

Weirdly the support request they ended up responding to was one that was sent roughly in the middle - not my first or last request. It seems that politely prompting them every 2-3 weeks might be the way to go if this is ever a problem for anybody again.
