Any idea what the numbers to the left of your name in GG Poker mean? Some of them are in a box, while some of them are surrounded by a flame. I'm relatively new to poker and am just curious.

It's part of their Smart HUD feature that comes as alternative to standard HUDs which are not allowed to use on GGpoker network. The numbers to the left of the player display a player's current VPIP percentage.
