Hello there!
I hope some1 could help me with my problem.
I have accounts on both - Fult Tilt.net and Pokerstars.eu since 2013 or 2014. But since 2016 I did a break till now. Now when I came back I cant log into my Full Tilt account.
I mean - login and password are correct. But instead of loging in I get a new window "Full Tilt Software and acc update" with information that FT is now part of PS -> Start button.
Ok, I have nothing against connecting my accounts.
Next window tells me about my balances and what will be credited to PS account. Great!
Next window "validate you stars account" -> "We have determined than you already have an existing PokerStars account."
Sure I have so I give my existing PS account password to complete the asset transfer. -> "Login" button.
Next is "Login" window with my password already there, but required email or stars ID.
Whatever I do, after pushing "Login" button again, nothing happens...
Maybe some1 faced such problem already?
There is nothing I can do more.
I wrote a message to FT support, but without answer since over a week.
