I noticed some people had posted awhile ago about getting some free tournament tickets on Bovada for no apparent reason. I got a couple $11 tournament tickets early December and got an email that explained why.
This is what they said;

On December 31, 2012 our King of the Felt promotion came to an end, but we see that you have unused freeroll tickets in your account. As you can no longer use these tickets, we have credited your account with an $11 Tournament Ticket.
However, the King of the Felt free roll tickets never got removed so you will still see them in your tournament tickets list.

Yeah Bovada is one of the few sites that actually try and offer customer service lol.

They often times will just randomly send dormant players $$ to get them back. I have received a random tourney ticket before, it's nice :)

Love playing there. Good luck at the felt man.

That's very nice of them. I trust Bovada more than any other room. If only they would make their tables smaller so I can fit more on one screen everything would be smooth.

Yeah I like bovada to also. I just took ninth place in the cards chat freeroll. I got knocked out by pocket aces against my ace/queen.

It's still free money :)
I'm going to try to get my post count high enough that I can start playing the free rolls once I've met the requirement of being a member for 30 days.

Ya,
I was the one who posted about getting a free $15+$1.50 ticket.
But I didn't have any unused freeroll tickets because I am a new player on Bovada.
It's great so far.
:)

Actually I believe this is based on a lucky draw. I have a couple of friends who has got these extra tickets and been invited to their 1000 weekly freeroll. They told me that good luck is more likely to hit you when you have just deposited some money.

Yea, I think it was a reward for depositing as I got my ticket shortly after I deposited.

As with all tournament tickets they have an expiration of 3 months I think, so most likely you waited too long to use them

If you get a lucky draw tournament ticket it will not have a dollar value on it. It will just say its a tournament ticket to the lucky draw weekly tournament.
Also the only way to win a ticket to the lucky draw tournaments is to play sit n go tournaments. Each sit n go tournament you enter is considered one entry into the drawing for a lucky draw weekly tournament.

Same here, although I don't know if it made much difference. I played a lot more sit n goes when I first deposited than I do now, so I think that was probably more the reason

It's OK. Because everytime that tourney has 400+ players and only 10 ITM share a total prize pool of $294. No big deal..

I've been playing on bovada about 7 -8 months now . I have yet to see a lucky draw I play lots of s&g . I deposit rather frequently also . I got 2 of my friends to sign up who hardly play poker . They both got the lucky draw. Then one of them who hasn't deposited in awhile (rarely did to begin with) gets a free 100k to ticket to boot. I understand they want to bring players back , they should be hooking up there loyal customers first one would think.
