Hello, I made my first deposit at poker stars with the promotion THIRTY but I didn't recibe my bonus..


I get only one chest with 10 spin and go tickets.. but I deposited 30 usd..


When I see my tickets this appears to me:

Does anyone know what it means?

As far as I remember they do ten every month until it's fulfilled! So next month you should get another 10

They are given day by day. First day you receive 5 spin and go tickets, next day it is something else and in 5 or 6 days they will give it all. As far as i know total is 20 spin and go tickets with value 1$ and 10$ directly added to your bankroll. Also tickets are valid for 21 days and will expire if you do not use them.
