I just read the info on the new games and challenges.

The way it looks is there are 3 different challenges, completing any of them gets you 2 tickets which can be used for either the $3k freeroll or the $1M freeroll, but not the new Superstorm BLAST freeroll and you can only get 2 free tickets a day, so you only need to do 1 of the challenges.

It looks like you get the new BLAST tickets from the spin and you also have a chance at a $100 Superstorm ticket from the spin too.

They also added a $15k Superstorm MVP freeroll.

The challenges must have started last night as I got 2 more tickets while chasing the hand of the day, I know I had AA at least 3 times.

I do like the idea of a new promotion, but the first $3k freeroll was crazy with over 14,000 entries and it was a bingo all-in fest. On my table I don't think there was a hand in the first 2 rounds without at least 1 player all-in and most of them had 3 or more.
I wish the structure was more like the new $500 games, I was forced all in after not being able to play a hand for 2 rounds.

Maybe it's because they haven't put the game up in the lobby yet? It will be in 17 hours.

I also notice that your Millions Superstorm freeroll tickets expire in 1 day 15 hours, which is weird, mine say they are good for 64 days.

For me they kicked off the promotion by giving me two tickets, and these expire after two days. Those, that I got as a reward for completing challenges, are good for 64 days. I already have 5 of these, and since you can supposedly only use one per day, I guess, I will end up with a huge pile of unused tickets. They set the bar pretty low for this, since at least in my market you get two tickets for playing tournaments for an amount, which is less than 5$. So its basically just one 5$ SnG a day, and then you have two tickets

It seem to me like, they have basically renamed the $3k BLAST freeroll and reduced it from 2 to 1 per day. A bit of old wine on new bottles to be honest. With that in mind it would at least be fair, if the old tickets could still be used. I dont have any though, because in my market the daily spin has not been available since New Year. The new version of it is available now though

I have a Great hand tourney ticket which I will use today.

Because of the challenges the players will be low today as compare to yesterday.

I have won around 160$ in a "grand hand" freeroll during a previous promotion. You are right though, that most of the time you win less than 1$ or nothing at all. It is, what it is.

Yes I remember the "grand hand" which was decent value.

But the 3k freerolls and playing for 3-4 hours to get $0.50 is not my thing.

It does not take 3-4 hours to min-cash, since they are hyper turbos. It is more like 45 min or so. But I kind of agree. These very large field freerools for money are not my favourite either. I prefer the ones for tickets, because then you at least win a 5$ ticket, which is somewhat more worth my time than winning 40c. The satellite format also create a different tactical situation, which make it a variation from other tournaments.

Yah it is true it needs a great luck on a great day to win a freeroll filled with more than 3k players.

Few cents or sometimes a dollar here and there can be used to get a higher prize pool ticket by playing their satellites.

I did win a freeroll last year yeilding $350 cash which I used to convert into $4k by sports, casino and poker games.

Well for me poker is Fun and a creative activity. I never take it as a way of money making.

888 put a temporary hold on my account after a huge rise in volumes and It took a week to get it resolved after an intensive verification by 888 on my activities and documents.

Now I am again going to build a good bankroll this year from the scratch.
