Don't be profitable at BESTPOKER, or else they block your account and keep your money

Like many here in our forum, itry to build a bankroll for three years playing frerolls and microstakes, dreaming one day of being able to level up and win a good prize to be able to change my financial siuation. If anyone finds this an error, you can comment here, i have a lot of respect for yours opinions.
I play on several sites, some evolve, others don't.
I started on 01/07/2021 playing on the site called BESTPOKER of the ipoker group, as i always started in the freerolls and had small results, you can look at my sharkscope (ladyletal01), search all networks and see what happened.
On 03/14/2021, i played the 1.000,00 euros GTD turbo rebuy tournament 2,00 euros add on and rebuy also 2,00 euros, and finished 4th out of 276 players, winning 88,72 euros.
With this result and my previous balance i got 93,00 euros and cotinued to play microstakes tournaments at home.
On 03/26/2021 i tried to log into my account and i couldn't.
I contacted the site and was promptly answered through the chat.
The attendant explained to me that i had committed a bonus abuse and that my account had been canceled and that my balance could not be withdraw.
My friends from the forum, only play on the BESTPOKER website if you like to lose, because otherwise, your account will be canceled and you will have your money.
Avoid the BESTPOKER room and if you can pass on the information.

From what you are telling, they did not cancel your account, because you were winning. They cancelled it, because you did a "bonus abuse", whatever that exactly means. Obviously I dont know, what exactly happened here, so I will judge neither you nor the BESTPOKER site.

But as a general advice to people, if you want to minimize the risk of problems like this, then start out by making a deposit, get your account verified and play with your own money. At the end of the day poker sites can not make a living from "freerollers", so its not entirely surpricing, they crack down on non-depositing players.

But at least justify that they don't want "freerollers", and from what I understand, you also don't know what bonus abuse is.

I understand, you are dissapointed about this experience, but what you are trying to do now is basically just to flame the site to punish them. it will be more justifiable if you asked the support agent about the abuse you did instead of tanking, I'm not justifying what they did but more details are certainly required. I'm really sorry that this happened to you and it makes me frustrated buddy but keep going and someday you can turn online poker into a profitable career

If you broke the terms and conditions then yes. And especially so if you had never deposited, because then you were not playing with your own money. Of course I dont know, what happened, but just as an example most poker sites state in their TOS, that bonus offers are only given to one account per household. So if for instance you opened another account in the name of your wife or brother to get another welcome bonus, then this would constitute a violation of the TOS. If you want to know, exactly what you did wrong, then ask the site. You are not going to find the answer by making angry posts in a poker forum.

Lots of brasilians play on PokerStars. So that is clearly an option, and a very safe one

Many of them allow only a single account to benefit from the bonus, considering one per IP address, one per machine, one per user, and so on. I'm not saying you made more than one account to get the same bonus, but it could happen that someone else using your network made another account, it could. Anyway, you have to pay attention to the site's policy, reading first is important. It's a shame to lose all the bankroll so you can try to recover by sending your documents and giving a great justification for a possible second account, but the chances are slim. Anyway, there are many other sites with excellent welcome bonuses.

The post is more than 5 month old, and OP has been banned from CC forum, which you can see under his username. So most likely he had some multi accounting going on in the CC freerolls as well

Obviously there can be other reasons, but I am sure, freeroll password abuse is by far the most common reason, why someone gets kicked out from CC forum
