Yes they do. I played against some. They stopped appearing often because they get raped in this format. They probably moved to cash games and other sit n go games.
You need more than luck to be successful at spin n go for any length of time.
Different sort of game those without the necessary skills will find them nearly impossible to beat.
Going all in with weak hands every hands is not the play of a bot it is just the play of an idiot or someone who does not know better. You usually find these players on the lowest buy in level. The bots generally are the opposite way they wait until the good hands or when it makes mathematical sense to play a hand.
Once a good player senses this it is easily exploitable given the hyper structure and the fact that you are most likely heads up and the shallowness of the stacks.
A real player would not go a stretch of folding 18/20 hands and blind themselves down from 1200 - 300 chip lead to 200 - 1300. That's how I guess someone is using a bot or a script.
