You need to increase game volume for the skill factor to kick in.

Really in the short term... you see all kinds of dumb plays winning out.
Unexplained things... unacceptable moves... however, we can't do anything about other people's moves, at most adapt to it...
It really is harrowing that we have a sport where any brainless mammoth can win... but this is poker... welcome!

What a question ...

'Talent isn't measured by the number of pots but by the amount of money you win.' If over time you see your bankroll increasing, congrats!, you've found your zen and are on a good way. But most are losing players, that's just how the math of this game is laid out, so you might have figured everything out and still get snipped by any random donkey who just happens to got lucky. You'll only be able to call yourself 'talented' if over the span of many weeks, months even, your initial deposit has grown.

And one last thing: The more experience I gained in Poker, the dumber I felt about myself. Humility is also part of one's talent, I believe.

Yes, I really do win at Stars when I play well. But this happens rarely and for a short time. My problem is concentration. As soon as I lose it, I start losing it. But I'm working on myself. But that's not accurate

Well you dont win by playing poorly do you? But there is a bit more to it than "playing well", since your opponents are mostly also trying to "play well". And its the difference in quality of play, that matter, not the absolute level of play. If you play against really good opponents, you can "play well" and still be the worst player at the table. The biggest loser ever in online poker is Gus Hansen, and thats certainly not, because he is the worst player ever. But he kept playing against the best in the world, and he was not as good as them. So game selection is a huge part of winning poker. Finally as nairolph87 say, the site does not matter. Asking this question about a specific site almost makes it sound like, this thread is just another bad beat rant? ;)

If you believe you're playing skillfully, it's likely that you're adopting a too conservative approach. Being overly tight in your gameplay can hinder your potential success. It's important to find a balance between cautious play and selectively taking calculated risks. By loosening up your style and occasionally embracing more aggressive tactics, you may discover new opportunities and exploit favorable situations. Remember, a bit of controlled aggression can be beneficial in your poker strategy.

Of course, if you play very bad then you can't win the entire tournament it's necessary how to play for you to win the tournament it must be incredible luck for you to win a tournament with a bad game almost always wins the one who played better that day in this hand, but also a little bit of luck of course

What Do They Think?
Well on the long term you will be able to see your real results and the way to improve your skills.
Pokerstars is one of the best rooms and I have been able to build a nice bankroll on it. I am sure you can do the same. Learn and be patient. Good luck !

I've just learned that there are 4 types of players: Aggressive and Passive: Loose Aggressive Loose Passive, Tight Aggressive and Tight Passive. And the best way is to be Tight Aggresive. Play good hands aggressive and fold Shit cards. Also You must know that Poker Rooms Punish unactive and passive players -it is computer - seeks to eliminate passive players and rewards active players. So if You are beeing too long passive it is high probability that You will loose even with Monster Hand.

It is possible to have a stable income on PokerStars only if you constantly improve the level of your game.To compete with cash game regulars and make consistent money at PokerStars, you will have to put in a lot of effort. The large amount of available educational material has led to the fact that even at the micro-stakes there are many understanding players.
